GLOW WEB, LLP Corporation (hereafter “GLOW WEB, LLP”) is dedicated to establishing a trusting relationship with its customers, based on respect for personal identity and information, by promoting the use of fair information practices. This privacy policy (“Policy”) covers the GLOWWEB.COM website (hereafter the “Site). Because GLOW WEB, LLP wants to demonstrate its commitment to our users' privacy, we are disclosing:

c. With whom GLOW WEB, LLP may share user information.

Information Collection and Use

Information Collection
GLOW WEB, LLP is the sole owner of the information collected on the Site. GLOW WEB, LLP collects information from its users at several different points on our Site. Because many of the visitors to this site in the future may be children, we take care that our content is suitable for children. We take special measures to help children protect their privacy while on-line or while contacting our customer support center. For example, we do not ask children to disclose more personal information than is necessary for them to participate in an activity or access computer technical support, and we take efforts to prevent children from posting any contact information. Registration
In order to become a member of GLOW WEB, LLP, a user must first complete the registration process. During registration a user is required to provide truthful and accurate contact information (such as name, email address, telephone number, home address, etc), a unique identifier, and financial information (such as credit card information, billing address, etc.). We use this information to contact the user about services on our Site for which the user has expressed interest and to provide those services and bill user for the services.

Profile
We store information that we collect through user-inputted data, cookies, log files and third parties to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users detailing their relationship with GLOW WEB, LLP. Consequently, collected information is tied to the user's personally identifiable information to improve and make more efficient the user’s access and use of the Site. This profile is used to tailor a user's visit to our Site, and to potentially direct pertinent marketing promotions and services to them. We do not share personally identifiable elements of your profile with any other third parties absent your express consent.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We may use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on the user's hard drive for an extended period of time. Persistent cookies can be removed by following Internet browser help file directions. By setting a cookie on our site, we are able to automate certain features and/or better provide information commonly accessed by a user, thus improving the user’s interaction with the Site. If users reject the cookie, they may still use our Site. The only drawback to this is that the user might be limited in some areas of our Site. Log Files
Like most Web sites, our servers use log files to analyze trends, administer the Site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, time/date stamps of access, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Clear Gifs
Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. The main difference between the two is that clear gifs are invisible on the page and are much smaller, about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. Clear gifs are not tied to users' personally identifiable information. We may also use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails the recipients have opened. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and to document downline use of marketing services, news and other information from GLOW WEB, LLP.

Communications from the Site

Special Offers and Updates
We send all new registered Subscribers or Associates a welcoming email to verify a the person’s contact information and password. Existing customers will occasionally receive emails containing information about us, service related announcements, information about third party services that are likely to be of interest to our members, and member satisfaction questions.

Service Announcements
On occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, if new products are available, if substantial changes are made to any GLOW WEB, LLP policies or procedures, etc. - we may contact customers by email. Customers may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their account. However, these communications are not promotional in nature.

Customer Service
We communicate with Customers on a regular basis to provide requested marketing or support or other services and regarding issues relating to their accounts. We reply via email or phone, with a good faith effort to accommodate a Customers’ preferred method of communication.

Sharing

Legal Disclaimer
Though we make every effort to preserve Customers privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law or where we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding or administrative hearing, or other legal process served on our Site. For example, GLOW WEB, LLP may disclose personal information to law enforcement, other government officials, or third parties in response to criminal or civil subpoenas. If we do receive a request to disclose a Subscriber’s and Associate’s personal information, we will notify the Customers of such request at the email address or telephone number recorded in our database at that time. For this reason and others, Customers are strongly advised to keep current their contact information on file with us and update it accordingly.

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)
We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

Business Transitions
In the event GLOW WEB, LLP goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, customers personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred. Customers will be notified prior to a change of ownership or control of their personal information. If as a result of the business transition, the Customers personally identifiable information will be used in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, customers will be given a choice not to have their information used in this different manner, as described in the notification of changes section, below.

Choice/Opt-out
Customers are given the opportunity to 'opt-out' from having their information used for purposes not directly related to our Site at the point where we ask for information. For example, our registration forms may have an 'opt-in' mechanism if we implement a program asking you for consent to receive promotions according to your particular interests. Customers must proactively choose to receive these promotions. Customers of our Site are always notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our Customers may make an informed choice as to whether or not they should proceed with services that require an outside party.

We encourage our Customers to be aware when they leave our Site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This Statement applies solely to information collected by this Site. GLOW WEB, LLP may enter into advertising and affiliate relationships with third party web sites that drive interested parties to our Site. Information that is collected on these third party sites are not controlled by this Policy, and Customers are advised to read the separate privacy policies of these web sites.

Surveys
Periodically, our Site might request information from Subscribers and Associates via surveys. Participation in these surveys is completely voluntary and Customers have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and address), and demographic information (such as zip code). Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of GLOW WEB, LLP Corporation's services. Customers personally identifiable information is not shared with third parties unless we give prior notice and a choice to opt-out. Though we may use an intermediary to conduct these surveys, they may not use Customers personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

What does GLOW WEB, LLP do with this information?
GLOW WEB, LLP does not rent or sell customer information, including information provided by children, to outside marketers. In certain circumstances, GLOW WEB, LLP may use trusted agents or contractors to help us provide operational or support services to our customers, such as helping us conduct a program, monitor website efficiency or sending prizes or material to customers. In these cases, we contractually require the agent or contractor to keep the information confidential in strict compliance with our policy and to use it only for the specific services they are performing.

How does GLOW WEB, LLP obtain verifiable parental consent from parents or guardians?
GLOW WEB, LLP will employ reasonable efforts to obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting information from a child. Parental or guardian consent may be obtained by some or all of the following methods:
i. By submitting a signed consent form to GLOW WEB, LLP;
ii. By calling a toll-free and having the verbal consent recorded;
iii. By submitting a credit card number and associated billing information; or
By submitting an e-mail message.
The method of parental consent will vary, in GLOW WEB, LLP’s sole discretion, depending upon the specific GLOW WEB, LLP feature, program or service. Additional consent mechanisms may be 6 used in the future. Whenever parental consent is obtained, the parent or guardian may be asked to choose or be given an identification code so that GLOW WEB, LLP may identify and authenticate future requests from that parent or guardian.

How may I review the information that my child provided to GLOW WEB, LLP?
Parents or guardians whose children have provided information to GLOW WEB, LLP may review the information provided by their child by sending an e-mail message to webmaster@glowweb.com . For verification and security purposes, GLOW WEB, LLP may request that such parental requests contain the parent's or guardian's name and identification code as well as a valid e-mail address, a street address, and/or a phone number. Parents or guardians may also request that GLOW WEB, LLP delete or change their child's information. If such a parental request is received, GLOW WEB, LLP will make all reasonable efforts to timely delete or change the information from its files.

Security
GLOW WEB, LLP takes precaution to protect its Customers information. When Customers submit sensitive information via the Site, their information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order forms ask Customers to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number, billing information, etc.), that information is encrypted and is protected using industry standard encryption software (128 bit secure socket layers protocols). While we use SSL encryption protocols to protect sensitive information online, we also employ security measures to protect Customers information off-line. All of our Customer information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment.
